DESCRIPTION:Dear Friends\, \nIt is a great honor and pride to chair the XI Congress of the Colombian Society of Shock Waves in Medicine OCC. \nBogotá\, our beloved capital\, characterized by being a multicultural city and an academic benchmark\, home to the highest concentration of universities for general medical training and medical-surgical specialties\, awaits you with open arms. \nMaintaining the highest scientific level of the ten previous congresses\, we will have a varied and excellent academic program with national and international speakers from Europe and Latin America\, who will share the advances of shock waves in different medical fields. \nJoining us from Madrid\, Spain\, is Dra. Karin Freitag\, a member of the ISMST board of directors and former president of the Spanish Society of Shock Waves in Medicine SETOC\, from Lorca\, Spain\, Dr. Juan Miguel Morillas\, President of SETOC\, from Münster\, Germany\, Dr. Hannes Muller-Ehrenberg ISMST and DIGEST instructor\, from London\, England\, Dr. Ralph Rogers\, an international leader in shockwave\, sports medicine and regenerative orthopedics\, and from São Paulo Brazil\, Dr. José Eid\, General Secretary of the ISMST. \nPresentations and workshops will cover all shockwave therapeutic scenarios\, with updates on approved tendon\, muscle\, bone\, and skin indications\, as well as experimental and investigational indications. \nWe will proudly carry out the only official shock wave certification course in America ISMST-ICC International Certification Course\, equivalent to the one that will take place in Korea in July. This is how we offer an extraordinary opportunity to national and Latin American specialists who wish to obtain Your world-class certification or recertification in the use of shock waves in medicine\, at a congress in the region\, with simultaneous translation\, first-line international ISMST official instructors\, and without the cost of traveling to the world congress.
